Hi and Happy Monday, I hope you have all had a great weekend! Mine was filled with lots of chat and cooking as I did my chefs demo at Eat! festival. It was great fun plus I got to meet a few of you guys who came over to watch the demo and taste the food. It was great to put a face to the names and even @Mark Harvey made a special appearance. It was great to meet you and chat food. If you want to see pictures I have posted some on my FB and instagram pages - enjoy! I know a few of you are wondering when the next cook along will be as it's been a while. The date is 29th June so put it in you diaries. I will be posting about it this week so keep an eye out.
