I think it was on a forum after a search about other flours. I’ll try to find it again but don’t hold much hope of finding it🤦‍♂️

I do agree atta is much better - doesn’t make you feel bloated. Have you found a good article on it @andrewsherman ? Would be great to share it!

Thank you, our local Sainsbury’s doesn’t have Atta. We’re off to Bristol this weekend so I’ll look while we are there. I’ve seen wholewheat flour but not thought of using it after reading about the Indian flour and its properties 🤓

It’s called atta and you can find it down the world foods isle. Elephant atta is usually the brand @andrewsherman

most tescos and sainsburys sell it @andrewsherman , but a substitute I've used in the past is wholewheat brown floue or 50/50 white and wholewheat.
