I tried being the Master of Make Ahead, so did everything leading up to “bake in oven..” it sat overnight in the fridge with the sauce poured over. It wasn’t a disaster, but I won’t make that decision again. This is the finished product & it was delicious and my guests were impressed.

Yes Hari, THAT was my intention, however I got ahead of myself.
BTW, that sauce is OUTSTANDING

Hi @Mary Luckman it might have been better to make the sauce and blanch the cauliflower before hand the heat the sauce and pour over just before baking it. It still looks good - so pleased it still tasted good!
