Hi @Hari Ghotra , yes please, change my identity to Frances. Better still change it to FrancEs, a form I use to help people to remember my name is spelt with an e!

Hey @ghotra you confused me ok! I can change that for you if it helps. This looks so delicious thanks so much for sharing the picture. Your beans look amazing too especially as they are home grown! Welcome to the app!

Hi @andrewsherman it’s neither google Maggi coconut powder. It’s more like the flour then desiccated

@Hari Ghotra Looking at the Malabar Prawns recipe, and there is coconut powder, what is this? Is this like coconut flour or desiccated coconut?

Thank you @Hari Ghotra it was my first time making the parantha and enjoyed watching and learning your flatbread techniques you learned from your Mum and in the restaurant then tried it after you made your first bread. I did enjoy it with the ghee, absolutely love that stuff. The chettinad chicken was the best yet. It’s lovely you share everything about Indian food with us. I’ve added some photos to Facebook. Thank you.

Loving your curry plant @dave that’s pretty cool to have your own.

I bought my curry plant from plants4presents.co.uk
Got other things on there like tea, cardamom and kaffir lime. Don’t be tempted with lemongrass though - you can grow that from supermarket lemongrass!
