Jo Dunnover 2 yearsHariyali chicken marinating for tonight's BBQ with Salmon steaks in Indian spices10 comments,0 shares,5 likesHari Ghotraover 2 yearsPs looks like a feast @Jo DunnHari Ghotraover 2 yearsHi @Jo Dunn it can vary depending on the mint and coriander - sometimes they are dry sometimes they have more moisture in them so you do need to tweak the spices a little. Was there a lot of marinade with just 3tbsp of yoghurt? If you double the main ingredient it’s a good idea to go up by half of the spices etc. Alternatively a little extra seasoning with salt and lemon at the end would also help.Jo Dunnover 2 yearsHi @Hari Ghotra. I really enjoyed this, lovely fresh flavours with the mint, citrus, coriander etc, but I actually doubled the amount of chicken thighs, simply because there was so much marinade! and I didn't want to waste it, but next time I'd increase the salt or the lime juice to 'lift' it a bit. Did I unbalance the recipe by doubling the meat? Tia. 💕Hari Ghotraover 2 yearsLoving the look of your prep! Pictures later I hope @Jo DunnJo Dunnover 2 yearsYes, you're so right, tracey. Can't wait to fire up the bbq tonight. 💕 It was your lamb burgers that inspired me, @traceyross . They looked so good. I'm going to try salmon as per @Mary Luckman 's idea! Thanks, guys!traceyrossover 2 yearsLooks great @Jo Dunn I am sure it will smell wonderful cooking on the bbq it’s the best smell ever! Enjoy.
