Hi i want to make a batch of Samosas in advance for a few walking trips and picnics I have planned. Can i freeze? Before of after Frying? Can they be cooked in the oven? What's the options ha X

You can freeze them before frying. Just make sure they are not touching single layers with grease proof paper in between. Defrost before cooking @Hayley Edmundson they can be done in the oven but better fried. Or as @Jo Dunn said.

I've frozen these after cooking, keeping them a slightly pale colour, because after they thaw they're a bit limp, so I've always refreshed them in the oven to crisp them up. Wrap in greaseproof/parchment paper for picnic. đź’•
