Been a bit busy recently so I haven't done a lot of cooking. I normally freeze about half of what I cook, so we have been eating out of the freezer a lot (no takeaways!). I did do Paranthas on Tuesday though, and will do my normal standby moong masoor di dhal for lunch. I think my next curry will be the chicken hariwal (inspired by @Jo Dunn 's) pic. if I'm lucky we might even get to BBQ it! if not it will have to go in the oven. I've also got some paneer in the fridge (shop bought I'm afraid).has anyone bbqd this like you would halloumi? does it work? @Hari Ghotra
