@Jo Dunn just remembered too that I didn’t paste the ghee right to the edges and left a border before folding if that’s helpful!?

@Hari Ghotra the Rogan Josh was delightful and very simple to make. The Red Snapper wine was also spot on and recommended with a spicy meal. (Sainsbury’s shhhhh £5.50)

@Jo Dunn Folded it top to middle bottom to middle overlapping and pushed down with fingers to seal, then same from the sides and sealed. Rolled out generally to keep ghee in. Took about 10 to get to this
