Hi@stripybag . Is the beef lean or fatty? The recipe is for 600g of pork and you have 1.4k beef. So, I believe you increase the spices by half again, if the meat is lean, (rather than doubling it all), so instead of 1 tsp of a particular spice you use 1.5 of that spice, etc. It'll be fab with beef, I've made it and it's lovely. In a slow cooker you don't need as much liquid as on the hob, so just monitor that. @Hari Ghotra will enlighten us more, I'm sure, but if you're keen to get on with it, just up the other ingredients by a half.
