I find it really brings out the deeper flavoursstripybagalmost 3 yearsThanks @Damian Green, I love Malbec so that is good news🍷Damian Greenalmost 3 yearsChenin and Sauvignon blanc are good whites that stand up to heat and spice, likewise Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz, and merlot are great reds to go also. Have a look on the back of the bottle with new world wines normally gives a good match. Red wine is definitely an easier match but with beef try Malbec too.
