Any ideas? I am entertaining in August, making goat curry, Beef Madras, Lamb Keema and Pork with coconut. What wine goes?🍷

Sounds fantastic @stripybag I would agree that a Malbec is fantastic as is jurancon if you can get it. My other fav is champagne or a light sparkling wine with indian food is amazing!! Thanks @Damian Green

@stripybag Please update what you end up using as I love wine with spicy food. I find it really brings out the deeper flavours

Chenin and Sauvignon blanc are good whites that stand up to heat and spice, likewise Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz, and merlot are great reds to go also. Have a look on the back of the bottle with new world wines normally gives a good match. Red wine is definitely an easier match but with beef try Malbec too.
