@Hari Ghotra I learned a bit while I was doing it, the silvery skin is the hardest bit but a lovely fish??

Nope doing all by myself @Hari Ghotra but I’ve found a pretty straight-ward video. Im getting quite used to filleting/jointing fish and chicken these days buying whole fish and chicken mostly.
