2nd time round making @Hari Ghotra 's black pepper chicken, this time using thigh meat (off the bone). again omitted chilli powder in favour of additional black pepper. used home grown Apache chillies. 3 are definitely too many. copious yoghurt and milk used to cool down! served with green salad and (shop bought) elephant chapattis. Yum.
