Anda di sabjee (eggs in spicy tomato curry) with Jeera chaul (rice with peas). Cook this. Seriously. I’m embarassed to say that boiling and peeling the eggs was the hardest part, but the rest is easy. The result is so very flavoursome!

Thanks @traceyross! The masala was actually a wee bit dry. I’ll put in a splash of water next time to make it saucier. And there will be a next time!
